TMs is an appeal from tbe lower court’s denial of appellant’s petition asldng for permission to file an appeal, nunc pro tunc, from an award of arbitrators under tbe Compulsory Arbitration Act of January 14, 1952, P. L. 2087, amending tbe Act of June 16, 1836, P. L. 715. Tbe question we bave to decide bere is when did tbe 20 days begin witMn wbicb defendant bad to file Ms appeal.

A bearing between tbe parties before a panel of arbitrators was beld on Friday, October 20, 1972. On that same day, tbe arbitrators found in favor of tbe plaintiffs and also filed tbeir award…
