I would reverse the trial court in granting summary judgment on behalf of the defendant Neal-Blun Company, the corporate owner of the automobile involved in this tort action.
Of great importance is that said defendant corporation filed an answer in the State Court of Chatham County, and admitted the allegations of Paragraph 5 of plaintiff’s petition, to wit: *840the benefit, use, and enjoyment of the family of John M.
