The plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment dismissing their complaint and denying an injunction and other relief by means of which they sought to effect the removal of a transmission line and supporting structures under construction by the defendant The United Illuminating Company, Inc., hereinafter called UI, within the city of New Haven.
