HUXMAN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, dismissing appellants’ cause of action for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. For the purpose of considering tihe correctness oif the court’s ruling, all facts well pleaded must be taken as true.
