This action, commenced in the trial court by appellant, is for damages for the death of appellant’s child.

It appears from the record that appellant’s son, who was 13 years of age, was riding his bicycle in a southerly direction on the left side of Court Street, contrary to § 57-2109 Burns’ Anno. Stat. (1965 Replacement). Court Street is intersected by Crestview Lane to form a “T” intersection. Crestview traffic at the intersection is controlled by a yield sign for Court Street. Appellee Alice S.
