This appeal is brought by the plaintiff, Ethel Cartwright, the executrix of the Estate of her husband, Leonard Cartwright. The Estate brought an action against defendant Lorin Harris claiming damages for the wrongful death of Leonard Cartwright resulting from an automobile accident. The ° jury returned a verdict in favor of Harris.
