*401Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Robert H. Straus, J.), rendered June 14, 2006, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree, burglary in the third degree (two counts) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 9x/2 years, 3 to 6 years, 3 to 6 years, and one year, respectively, unanimously affirmed.

The verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence (see People v Danielson, 9 NY3d 342, 348-349 [2007]). There…
