Plaintiff instituted this action to recover for personal injuries to herself and damages to her automobile resulting from an accident on United States Highway No. 80, eight miles west of the City of Minden. The defendant is a nonresident of the State of Louisiana, and was cited through the Secretary of State pursuant to the provisions of Act 184 of 1932, which Act is known as the "Nonresident Motorists Act."
