DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Harry C. Turner, III, has filed an original action requesting that this court issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, State Personnel Board of Review ("SPBR"), to reopen its investigation regarding relator's job transfer. Alternatively, relator requests a writ ordering respondent, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction ("ODRC"), to vacate relator's transfer and to return him to his former position.
