*124T.H.1 (“respondent”) appeals the adjudication and disposition for simple assault, in violation of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-33(a), and common law robbery, in violation of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-87.1, entered by the trial court on 26 May 2010. The trial court entered a Level 2 disposition and placed respondent on probation with multiple conditions.
