This is an action for wrongful death. At the conclusion of plaintiff’s testimony the court gave a peremptory in struction on bebalf of the defendant, Elizabeth Allen and, thereafter, the cause proceeded against the remaining defendants, Grant Renne and Iiarry Renne (hereinafter called the defendants). At the conclusion of all of the testimony there was a verdict and judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $5,000. Defendants have appealed.
