This is an action for breach of a network provider contract between plaintiffs, Baptist Physician Hospital Organization, Inc. (PHO) and Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee, Inc. (BHET) (collectively “Baptist”) and defendant, Humana Military Healthcare Services, Inc. (Humana).
