HAMITER, Justice.
The instant appeal concerns the custody of a child of tender age, the dispute being between its mother and father.
On March 2, 1943, Mrs. Ola Coats With-row sued her husband, Horace H. Withrow, charging him with adultery. She prayed •for a judgment granting a divorce and awarding her the care, custody and control of their minor child (then four years of age), Howdy Coats Withrow.
