Fokd, Judge:

The cases listed in schedule “A,” annexed hereto and *101made a part hereof, consolidated for the purpose of trial, involve replacement parts for the undercarriage of various models of crawler tractors. The merchandise was classified as parts of tractors as provided for under item 692.35, Tariff Schedules of the United States, or under item 664.05, Tariff Schedules of the United States, as parts of mechanical shovels, excavators, etc.
