Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 29, 1972, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the third degree and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered. Appellant was deprived of a fair trial for three reasons.
