This action was brought by E. L. Fisher against the Coy Valve Company, á corporation, to' recover damages for the alleged conversion of stock owned by the plaintiff in the corporation. The trial resulted in findings, conclusions and judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant has appealed.

The findings of fact and conclusions of law were separately stated, and each signed by the trial judge as required by § 367, Rem. Comp. Stat. No exception was taken by either party to any finding or conclusion.
