STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Hancock County Rural Electric Membership Corporation Central Indiana Power ("Central Indiana") appeals the order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission ("IURC") granting the City of Greenfield's ("the City") petition to change its assigned service area.

We affirm.
