Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Lawrence Tonetti, J.), rendered July 8, 1992, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of sexual abuse in the first degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of from 3 Vi to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
