SHELBY, Circuit Judge.

This is an ancillary bill filed by the Houston Oil Company of Texas and its receiver against Cora Wilhelm and her husband, E. Wilhelm. The subject of the suit is 800 acres of land, a part of the Ellis league situated in Hardin county, Tex. The purpose of the bill is to quiet title and obtain an injunction against the Wilhelms. No question is raised as to the jurisdiction in equity. A decree of reference was entered, and, after a hearing before the special master, he reported in favor of the complainants.
