MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER came on for trial on October 31, 1994. Plaintiff appeared Pro Se. Defendants were present and were represented by Kenth Rogers, Esq.

*52The question presented is whether the abandonment of the leased property gave rise to a claim for damages for total breach of the subject lease contract.
