After his motion to suppress evidence (Pen. Code, § 1538.5) was denied, defendant James Arthur Souza pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine for sale while armed with a firearm (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378; Pen. Code, §§ 12022, subd. (c), 1203.073, subd. (b)(2)), driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (Veh. Code, § 14601.1, subd. (a)), resisting arrest (Pen. Code, § 148, subd.
