Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), entered September 29, 2006, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for modification of a prior order of custody.
Petitioner and respondent are the parents of a child (born in 1999). They ceased living together in 2003 and the child resided primarily with respondent until April 2006, when he voluntarily transferred custody to petitioner.
