McKAY, Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation suit in which Bonnie O. Rowan sought a judgment for total and permanent disability caused by the occupational disease of contact dermatitis. Trial was to a jury whose verdict was for total and permanent disability, and that plaintiff had good cause for failure to file her claim with the Industrial Accident Board within six months. This appeal is from a judgment, based upon the verdict, for total and permanent disability. The parties will be designated as they were in the trial court.
