(after stating the facts as above. It is contended that the court erred in making the order on July 1, 1907, revoking and annulling the letters of curatorship issued to C. D. Wortham, on April 7, 1906, and removing him as curator of the estates of Robert, Emerson, and Mary John. We do not think so. The order appointing said Wortham as such, in the first instance, is indefensible. The undisputed facts are that at the time said appointment was made Robert and Emerson John were minors over the age of 14 years, and Mary John a minor nnder the age of 14, that their mother was then living, and that…
