MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HANNUM, Senior District Judge. _
This is a class action whereby the plaintiffs seek preliminary or permanent injunctive relief requiring the defendant (“the Secretary”) to cease his purported policy of “nonacquiescence” and begin evaluating the claims of alcoholics for social security disability payments and supplemental security income payments under the standard announced and reaffirmed in Third Circuit case law.
