The plaintiff, George EL Spellman, entered into a written •contract with the Dundalk Company, a corporation, defendant, for the purchase of an unimproved lot of land. The contract is dated April 1st, 1926, and was sigued, sealed, and delivered hy the vendor a.nd vendee. The purchase price was $1,200, of which $120 was paid by the vendee to the vendor on the execution of the contract, and the residue was agreed to be paid by the vendee to the vendor, at the latter’s office, in equal monthly installments of $12, until the entire purchase money and interest on the credit payments be paid, with…
