ORDER GRANTING NEW TRIAL AND SETTING IT UPON THE DOCKET FOR MAY 1982 IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

This matter came on for hearing on March 3, 1982, after notice, on an objection by the debtor to the claim of Easton State Bank of Easton, Kansas. It was the tenor of the objection that the claim of the claimant Easton State Bank should be disallowed in its entirety on the ground that it is usurious under the governing law of Arkansas.
