The plaintiff, a hospital corporation, appealed from the Hartford board of tax review to the Court of Common Pleas, claiming that certain property acquired by it in 1964 is exempt from taxation. Prom a judgment rendered following the sustaining by the trial court of the defendant’s plea in abatement, the plaintiff has appealed to this court.
