Mostafizur Rahman, Tazin Mahnaj, Monowara Begum, Kazi Arif Khalil, Mohammed Ahamed and Md Alam (collectively “plaintiffs”) brought this action against Edward McElroy, Acting District Director of the New York District of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (“INS”), the INS, and United States Attorney General Janet Reno (collectively, “defendants” or “Government”) seeking injunctive relief.
