This is an accounting action brough in behalf of certain relatives of Mrs. Gertrude Sharpe, deceased, in the name of the appellant which is administrator of her estate. This case presents the question of the validity of various inter vivos gifts during 1972 and 1973 totalling $59,-738.65 and $6,000 on January 2, 1974, allegedly made to the appellees (and the two children of the Phillipses) by the deceased.
