I. INTRODUCTION
Debtor’s business is selling high-end costume jewelry and other merchandise from shopping center, mall, and hotel stores and kiosks throughout much of the United States. The matter currently before me arose from Debtor’s attempt to assume numerous leases for locations from which it sells its goods.
