Jntroduction

Petitioner Robert Christopher Wiemann (Wiemann), claiming uninsured motorist coverage, appeals from the order of the superior court (Hon. Peter S. Smith, judge) denying his petition to compel respondent Industrial Un derwriters Insurance Company (Industrial Underwriters) to enter into binding arbitration pursuant to Insurance Code section 11580.2. We affirm.
