The plaintiff having an execution against Edward Yorke, propounded interrogatories to Joshua J. Hanna and Leonard Matthews, under the 13th section of the act of March, 1839, which were annexed to a petition praying that they be cited to answer as garnishees. They answered, and their answers were traversed by the plaintiff, and a rule was granted by the court for the garnishees to show cause why judgment should not 'be entered against them, for the amount of the original judgment against Yorke.
