Oonway, deceased, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by said deceased while in tbe employ of tbe defendant as a brakeman in its yards in tbe city of Superior on tbe 20tb day of March, 1910, and for tbe loss resulting to Bridget Oonway, bis mother, on account of bis death resulting from tbe accident.
