OPINION

PHILLIPS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for tampering with governmental records. V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Section 37.10. Punishment was assessed at imprisonment for five years, probated, and a $5,000 fine.

Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction and raises various complaints concerning the examining trial, the Grand Jury proceedings, the denial of pretrial motions, the exclusion of evidence at trial, and the court’s charge to the jury.
