This cause is before this court as an ap*569peal upon questions of law and fact.

The petition filed in the Court of Common Pleas by the Central National Bank, as trustee of an issue of bonds secured by a mortgage upon certain property, sought the foreclosure of said mortgage, and a determination of the priorities of the several liens upon the premises.
