In an action to recover on a promissory note and personal guarantees, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Fredman, J.), entered April 29, 1993, as denied the branch of its motion which was for summary judgment against the defendants RGB International Property, Inc., Ralf G. Bahr, and Janka M. Bahr.
