This case came before a hearing panel of this Court for oral argument on April 16, 1996, pursuant to an order directing all parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised by the receiver of the Greater Providence Deposit Corporation, Greater Providence Trust Company, and Community Loan and Investment, in his appeal from a Superi- or Court judgment in favor of the defendant, Madonna Maggiaeomo, should not be summarily decided.
