Respondent, admittedly a busiiness invitee on premises owned and operated by appellant corporation, suffered personal injuries when his foot went through the floor and was plunged into a tank of hot water beneath it. He commenced an action for damages against appellant, and a jury rendered a verdict in his favor for the sum of $15,000. This appeal is from the judgment entered upon the verdict.
