George King appeals from an order of the district court affirming a decision by the Secretary of HEW that he was not entitled to black lung benefits sought pursuant to the regulations enacted under Part B of the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969, as amended, 30 U.S.C. § 901 et seq.
