This was a bill in equity, brought to the superior court, for Litchfield county, by Calvin Butler, against Jacob Scovill, Riley Rexford, and the Cornwall Iron Company, praying for a disclosure, and an account. Many of the points, suggested by this re-
port and remonstrance, will be passed by, with no other notice, than saying, that they furnish no good reason for objection to the conclusions of the committee. Others deserve a more considerate attention.
