This action was brought to recover damages arising out of a collision between an automobile and a horse which Frank Hontou was riding. The latter died as a result of injuries received, and the surviving widow and four children are plaintiffs herein. The trial was by the court, and findings were entered in favor of respondent upon all issues. The appeal is taken from the judgment rendered pursuant to the findings.
