Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Essex County (Meyer, J.), rendered June 19, 2007, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of assault in the first degree, *1102criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, intimidating a victim or witness in the third degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree (two counts).
