{¶ 1} Appellants, Tracy Ellis and Sky Lake, Inc., in a consolidated appeal, challenge the decisions of the trial court denying their motions to suppress filed in separate cases below. On appeal, Appellants contend that 1) the trial court erred in finding that the warrantless search by law enforcement officers was justified; and 2) the trial court erred in finding that a warrant obtained after warrantless police entry was issued on valid probable cause.
