This is a taxpayer’s bill against the county commissioners constituting the County Board of Elections *490of Philadelphia, the Treasurer and Controller of Philadelphia, and the County of Philadelphia, praying that the election board be enjoined from arranging and preparing for an election for the office of mayor in the City of Philadelphia at the municipal election to be held November 4, 1941, and from permitting the nomination of candidates for said election, and that the other defendants be enjoined from expending or causing to be expended public funds for the purpose of said…
