At a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members, Appellant/Cross-Appellee (Appellant) was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of premeditated murder, in violation of Article 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 918 (2000).
