Before the Court is Defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s 1 Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 7, 1998. At issue is whether Defendant FDIC-Corporate made negligent misrepresentations about and breached a contract pertaining to the sale of nonperforming loans to Plaintiff Perry Williams, Inc. (“PWI”).
