¶ 1. William W. Marquardt appeals the trial court's orders denying his request that Milwaukee County (County), the Employees' Retirement System of Milwaukee County (Employees' Retirement System), and the Pension Board of the Employees' Retirement System of Milwaukee County (pension board) pay his attorney's fees.
