Appeal by Patrick Furey from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the New York Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of New York on the 27tli day of October, 1905, directing the inspectors of election of the thirty-fourth election district of the thirty-second Assembly district of the county of New York to strike the name "of Patrick Furey from the register of electors of said district.

This is an appeal from an .order made at Special Term granting an application made by respondent, as State Superintendent of *128Elections foT the metropolitan elections district, striking the name of the appellant from the register of electors of the thirty-fourth election district of the thirty-second Assembly district of the county of Hew York, and requiring the board of registration of said district to convene for that purpose.
