Anchor Hocking Packaging Company (Employer) petitions for review of an or der of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) finding it the responsible employer and awarding hearing loss benefits to Gary L. Martin (Claimant), but adjusting the percentage of Claimant’s binaural hearing loss to 52.66% from 25.94% as found by the WCJ.
